In Celebration

Dear music lovers

This is a simple last minute reminder of our final concert this year. The carnival season is over and the festive season begins! What better way to get into the spirit than by joining Taunton Sinfonietta 'In Celebration' on November 23rd?

The programme includes music from Italy with Corelli (his well known "Christmas Concerto"), Vivaldi and from Respighi to be performed alongside English composers Vaughan Williams and Parry, altogether providing an uplifting experience aimed at raising your spirits and putting you in a glorious frame of mind: ready to tackle tinsel and turkey, and battle with baubles!

Please be aware that 'Make Taunton Sparkle', the annual Christmas light switch on, with events and activities, is happening the same day (1100 - 1800hrs) and the town centre will be closed to traffic all day. However, all car parks in town will still be accessible and free. Just allow extra time to park as it may be busier than usual - arrive early and enjoy the goings on!
